Acclaimed Costa Rican artist Priscilla “Pili” Aguirre J. has produced a series of posters introducing us to two important Costa Rican cultural themes.
The first is the colorful “Day in the Costa Rican Kitchen”: a Costa Rican culinary journey starting with hand-made tortillas at dawn, then proceeding through various traditional dishes throughout the day and finishing with a typical “olla de carne” at night.
The second poster is a delightful visual depiction of many of Costa Rica’s most important cultural, religious, and traditional events & activities. |
